Experiential Workshop for Children, individual or Family: Meet a Horse
We invite children aged 6–16 years or a family to a unique experiential workshop, where through play, exploration, and interaction with horses, they will discover their nature.
Who is the workshop intended for?
- Children who have not yet had contact with horses and would like to get to know them in a safe and fun way.
- Families who would like to experience contact with a horse together, get to know it, and connect through playful activities while learning something new.
What will we be doing?
- Getting to know the horse’s body language and how it communicates with humans
- Learning safe approaches, contact, and horse care
- Exploring how a horse perceives our emotions and movements
- Building self-confidence, trust, and cooperation through interaction with horses and group games – based on the principles of equestrian pedagogy and the EAGALA method (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association)
- Experiencing horse riding and enhancing motor skills (optional)
